About Us
With a goal to help middle school math minds prepare for math competitions including MATHCOUNTS and the American Mathematics Competitions (AMC 8), the Denver Math Club was founded in 2013 by Avi Swartz, Andrew Ying, Isani Singh, and Anjalie Kini. Since then, it has been recognized by Cherry Creek Schools, the Denver Post, and Colorado's Best Kids. Students of the Denver Math Club have been recognized on the Distinguished Honor Roll on the American Mathematics Competitions (AMC) 8 and have placed in the State Top 10 in the MATHCOUNTS Competition Series.
The Denver Math Club is currently run by Cherry Creek High School students Abhinav Krishna, Ethan Lou, Shruti Arun, and Srinivas Arun, all of whom were finalists in the 2019, 2021, or 2022 National MATHCOUNTS Competitions.
